Yesterday Greedy Eater 2 and I went to Chicago Hot Grill. It's been open for a few weeks now so we figured we would give it a try. Chicago Hot Grill mostly offers the same type of food as Super Gyros. It serves Chicago style hot dogs, burgers, gyros, and other kinds of food. Greedy Eater 2 and I wanted to try something that we could do a comparison, so I got the Philly Steak and a soft drink and G.E. 2 ordered a gyro special which came with a fry and soft drink.
I like their Philly Steak better than Super Gyros. The meat had a good flavor and the bread was just right. The only downside was I didn't think they added enough banana peppers.
Greedy Eater 2 thought the gyro meat and the sauce tasted better than Super Gyros. The fries were good since they just came out of the fryer.
We would go back to Chicago Hot Grill again.
